How To Edit User Profiles

  1. Go to the home page
  2. Click on user details
  3. Click on user administration
  4. Click on the name of the profile you wish to edit
  5. A pop-up box will appear on the right-hand side of your screen; click on the pen/edit icon to edit user details
  6. Click update user when finished editing
Changing Your Passwords - Admin

How To Change Your Password – Admin Staff

  1. Go to the home page
  2. Click on User Details
  3. Click on user Administration
  4. Click on the profile whose password needs changing
  5. Click on the padlock icon which will send a link for the password to be reset

  1. Click on User Details
  2. Click on Settings
  3. Located in the settings page you will see GPS Settings.
  4. Choose the desired GPS interval option and update
  5.  Note: you also have the option of a GPS inactivity timeout.

  3. Set up the sequence of events you want your driver to go through when they start their shift.
  4. Example:
    1. Finish the previous run sheet
    2. Start a new run sheet
    3. Complete relevant pre-start forms

  3. Scroll down to sender receipts.
  4. There will be two options:
    1. Enable sender receipts dispatch to sender contacts.
    2. Send a copy to my organization.
  5. Select your preferred options and click submit.
