Manifest Enhancements & Bug fixes

• Additions to the manifesting screen to allow more ways of filtering and grouping consignments
• Overdue jobs can be highlighted red when using zone based movements
• Implemented service types to display in the manifesting screen and Icons of DG, Controlled Waste or Freezer/Chiller to help when planning
• Create a dummy manifest to see consignments at depot or provide a list to loaders to check against

• Ability to edit package or additional references form completed invoice screen

Admin

• Roles and permissions – Extended framework to implement wider access permissions or restrictions pending user role. Please liaise with your system administrator regarding this area.
• SSO – Azure SSO multifactor authentication available for large orgs using Azure AD.
• Service Types – Implemented a new table to separate consignment service types from trip service types so businesses can stamp jobs and trips separately.

• Ability to mark an asset as refrigerated unit to enable set temps for manifesting

• Return to sender futile option which allows drivers to mark delivery attempt and leaves job assigned to driver so they can get a delivery signed back at customer site.
• Futile email now available on customer cards so you can advise them of freight that couldn’t be collected or delivered.
• Splitting consignments when using pallet spaces as your method of trailer loading
• Zone logic for auto-legging on job creation. When configuring your zones you can now link zones to create custom movement types through a series of depots

Finance

• Fix for additional charges being applied to recurring jobs as well as ability to add custom additional charges at point of invoicing.

Scanning

• Drivers can self-allocate deliveries to themselves by scanning freight labels out of their respective depots.
• Can scan and receive consignments into the yard and check weights, dims and package counts.
• Can create manifests when yard loading trailers or add to an existing manifest created from the office.

• Testing – Investing in writing automated tests and procedures to pre-check system changes during feature updates to reduce bugs and errors
• SSO – Bustle can now offer Microsoft Azure as a form of SSO on organisation accounts
