Challenge
As a Tier 3 provider, Aus Logistics relied heavily on subcontracted work from Tier 1 and Tier 2 carriers, alongside a small portfolio of direct customer contracts.
However, their operations were entirely manual, with no digital systems for customer bookings, job management, live PODs, or financial reconciliation. This created inefficiencies, compliance risks and missed revenue whilst limiting their ability to secure larger opportunities from enterprise customers.
To stay competitive, AUS Logistics needed a modern system aligned with industry standards for operations, compliance and finance.
